I am indeed the opposite of dead! Harper told me about that, and at first I was like, "people are worried about me?" and then I realized that she'd just told me that she wrote Hooker!Verse fic and I think my excited flailing distracted me from the first part of that thought. ;)
"Epic" is indeed a good word to describe your birthday fic, lol. It's turning into yet another monstrous thing and I'm getting a little worried at just how long it's getting. It's set up like this: every character we've seen so far - Sage, Critic, Chick, Penny, Liz, etc. - at a moment in time over the course of an entire day (specifically, on the day/night of November 11th, when this was supposed to be up...*shakes head sadly*). So, like, at 5:30 AM we see what Critic has to deal with when he comes home from the club, and then at 6:01 we see what Film Brain is up to, and so on and so forth in that vein. Some of the sections can stand on their own, but as the time gets closer and closer to the hour the club opens, they start to overlap more and more. It starts with Sage and ends with Mary and I'm really proud of what I have so far, and I can't wait to hear what you think once it's finally finished and posted. :)
